| Description | Jazznights presents the best in modern jazz at two historic venues in East Anglia:
1) The Cavendish Suite at The Bell Hotel, Market Hill, Clare, Suffolk, CO10 8NN - a beautiful half-timbered coaching inn dating back to the 16th century, situated in the heart of Constable Country.
2) High Barn, a sensitively restored medieval timber-framed building at The Bardfield Centre, Great Bardfield, Essex, CM7 4SL - a first-class entertainment venue with its own audio-visual production and design studios.
The resident band at both venues is the Jazznights Trio (Carl Hudson - keyboards, Bernie Hodgkins - bass, Roger Odell - drums) with Larraine Odell (vocals). In addition, each performance usually features a guest artist of high standing on the modern jazz scene.
This group is authorised by Roger Odell and maintained by Brian Smith. It also promotes gigs involving the individual band members.
