Radio Suffolk is hosting the BBC Introducing gig at the St Nicholas Centre on Friday, September 25.
The concert is an attempt to showcase the best of the music the county has to offer and comes as the station prepares to launch a weekly new music show.
The line-up for the gig features Ipswich rockers and Road to V winners Underline The Sky, Bury garage punk band Thee Vicars, Ipswich rapper Dels and Saxmundham-based indie band Essay Like Nephew. The event is in conjunction with the forthcoming BBC Introducing programme on Radio Suffolk, which will be aired at 7pm every Thursday, starting on October 1.
