Winners of Love Music24 Battle of the Bands - A unique blend of indie, alternative and acoustic influences create this young and exciting band, hosting a brilliant collection of their own catchy songs.

Fagan have been constantly gigging in pubs and clubs across the Essex and Suffolk Region. Whilst spending time in the music studio recording their own material for their debut album, Fagan have also been actively supporting Dream 100 in their Road Shows, performing on stage at Clacton on Sea‘s ‘Xmas Lights Switch On’, Colchester Garrison Military Festival, ‘Don’t Give It Tour’, funded by Essex Police, Brightlingsea Boat Show, FC Clacton ‘Party on the Pitch’, The Clacton on Sea Air Show and many more.

Fagan were formed in 2006 and have gained a growing fan base in Essex and Suffolk performing at various gigs across the region. Influences such as Oasis, Arctic Monkeys and The Kooks can be heard in their early material. As a band, they have since developed their musical style with their own original sound heard in their latest recordings. ‘Story of your Life’ is a firm favourite on myspace, with ‘Kirsty’ and ‘Ice Monkey’ not far behind.

Concentrating on local gigs and becoming regulars at the region’s music festivals has allowed Fagan to focus on recording their debut album, where samples can be heard on their myspace page

Joint winners of “Has Clacton Got Talent” in 2008. Interview by local radio station Dream 100’s Geoff Hillyer, was broadcast on both Ipswich Town’s 102 FM and Colchester’s Dream 100, including a live acoustic session. Fagan are also well supported by their local newspaper, The Colchester and Clacton Gazette.
